Where It Started and Where We're Headed
Back in early 2023, we set up shop at Carrefour Angrignon with one clear goal: make really good pizza for people in LaSalle. No shortcuts, no frozen dough, just honest food made right.
What surprised us was how quickly events became our focus. A company lunch here, a birthday celebration there. People wanted quality food that could feed a crowd without the stress. And honestly? We loved the challenge of showing up somewhere new and making it work.
Now we're looking at 2026 with bigger plans. More events across Montreal, stronger partnerships with local suppliers, and a team that genuinely cares about getting every order right. We're not trying to be everywhere at once. Just want to keep growing in a way that doesn't compromise what we started with.
What Drives Our Decisions
These aren't just words on a wall. They're the standards we hold ourselves to when prepping for an event at 5 AM or troubleshooting a last-minute order change.
Real Ingredients
We source from Quebec farms whenever possible. Fresh mozzarella from Mirabel, tomatoes from local growers in summer. It costs more and takes planning, but you can taste the difference.
Show Up Prepared
Event catering means no room for mistakes. Our team arrives early, checks equipment twice, and has backup plans ready. Because your event schedule doesn't flex for our problems.
Honest Communication
If something won't work, we tell you upfront. Can't do a gluten-free option that day? We'll say so and suggest alternatives. Better than promising something we can't deliver.

Adding more Montreal neighborhoods gradually rather than rushing. Want to make sure we can deliver the same quality in Verdun or NDG that we do in LaSalle.
