What started in a home kitchen in early 2019 grew into something we never quite expected—a mobile pizza service that now feeds celebrations across Montreal.
Started Small, Stayed Real
Back in January 2019, our founder Liam Ó Dálaigh was making pizzas for friends who wouldn't stop asking for more. Word spread faster than we could keep up with—suddenly we were getting calls for birthday parties, office lunches, and backyard gatherings.
We didn't have a business plan. Just good dough, fresh toppings, and a portable oven that fit in the back of a van. That simplicity became our strength—we showed up, made food people actually wanted to eat, and didn't overcomplicate things.
Six years later, we're still doing exactly that. Same approach, just more events and a slightly bigger van.
How We Actually Work
Fresh Ingredients Daily
We pick up produce and cheese every morning. Nothing sits in storage for days. You can taste the difference between tomatoes bought yesterday versus last week—and so can your guests.
Flexible Setup
Parks, driveways, office parking lots—we've cooked in all of them. Our equipment fits different spaces, and we work around your event's timing, not the other way around.
Real Conversations
When you book with us, you talk to someone who's actually been to hundreds of these events. We answer our own phone and respond to emails within a few hours, not days.
Based in LaSalle
You'll find us at Carrefour Angrignon in the food court. It's not fancy—just a practical spot where we prep ingredients in the morning and handle bookings between events.
We serve most of Montreal and the South Shore. If your event's within an hour's drive, we can probably make it work. Further than that? Give us a call and we'll figure it out.

The People Behind the Oven
Our team is a mix of culinary school grads and self-taught cooks who learned by doing. What they all share is a genuine interest in making good food and showing up on time. That matters more than fancy credentials when you're cooking for someone's wedding or company anniversary.
